What I Offer

At 3B PERSONAL TRAINING, I provide life training and small group training. I have my own set of equipment that I can bring to my clients’ preferred locations. As an independent contractor, I bring the fitness to you!

PERSONAL AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING

If you are located within the greater East Bay, specifically in Contra Costa County, California (i.e., Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Lamorinda, Alamo, and Danville), I can help you! I can come to your home, garage, or a nearby park with fitness equipment in hand, ready to deliver a great workout to help you meet your fitness goals. I offer 25- and 55-minute session options.

VIRTUAL TRAINING and/or NUTRITION CONSULTATION

Zoom training or FaceTime training is another option I offer. This is great for people on their lunch break at work! Whether you’re beginning with an introduction weight loss goal or developing a mindset for healthy nutrition, both are keys to YOUR success. I can help you build one healthy habit at a time.
